Order Confirmation
As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation number. This means that we have received your order in our system. We will contact you within 2 business days to confirm if we have the available quantities to fulfill your order.
Payment
Upon confirmation of stock availability, we will issue you with an official invoice for your order plus shipping. Payment can be done either via bank transfer or through credit card. All payments must be made in Singapore Dollars.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please make sure you pay all the necessary bank fees.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you choose to pay by credit card, we will send a payment request to you via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account. Simply follow the instructions from PayPal to make the payment directly into a PayPal-hosted secure page, which uses SSL encryption. If your payment is approved, we will be notified by PayPal. Rest assured that we will never see nor have access to your credit card details.
We will hold your order for a maximum of 3 working days after order confirmation. If payment is not received by then, the goods will be released back into our system for sale. We regret that we are unable to accept cancellations once payment has been made.
Shipping
If you are ordering from Singapore, you may pick up your order from our shop as soon as we have received your payment. We are located at:

For international orders, we will ship your order within 2 business days, after payment has been received, by DHL Express Worldwide. We will provide you with a DHL tracking number and you will be able to track the delivery status of your parcel from here.
Returns
Goods sold are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. We will accept returns if the products have the following defects:
· Stains
· Zipper malfunction
· Fabric or seam is ripped or torn
And provided that items are returned within 14 days of the order’s delivery date for local orders, and within 21 days for international orders. Also, items must be returned in their original condition with tags intact.
If the item or the size is no longer available, we will issue you with a credit note, which will be valid for 3 months. It is strictly non-refundable nor extendable.
